Provide technical support to internal users via phone, email, instant messaging or in person- Complete initial computer hardware setup for new devices, including deployment to the user- Provide cover for the other site IT roles during their leave periods- Facilitate day-to-day IT purchasing functions- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment- Look for potential unreported IT issues and create tickets to report these if necessary- Manage the CRM unassigned work queue, resolving tickets as able, or assigning to other members of the IT team as appropriate- Set up and troubleshoot software applications, including Microsoft Office suite, email clients, and custom business applications- Collaborate with other IT team members to escalate and resolve complex technical issues- Manage Active Directory and Microsoft Office 365 user accounts, permissions, and access rights in various systems- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance- Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and system configurations for future reference- Assist in the implementation of IT projects and upgrades, such as software deployments and system migrations- Assist with keeping the company computer and mobile hardware fleet up-to-date by identifying computers and mobile devices in need of maintenance or replacement- Provide training and guidance to end-users on IT-related topics and best practices- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in the IT industry.
