INDEPENDENT SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT/CONSULTANT assisting: o Tech Ventures and Startups to discover, define, develop, deliver, and sell their Tech Products. o Organizations with their- General Projects\' needs, from definitions to implementations, ROI, and KPI- Operational and 3rd Parties Compliance Programs\' audit, improvement, implementation, and administration- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOMPLISHMENTS: o Perform tasks and duties of various tech and non-tech roles as outsourced to Razen Ventures by its clients, on a part-time/fractional or full-time bases, including, but not limited to- Chief Product Officer, Product Manager, Product Owner, Scrum Master, and Project Manager or Compliance Consultant, including by not limited to working with key stakeholders and other parties to- define Organizations\' Goals, Missions, and Culture values, alongside their short, mid, and long-term Priorities, and disseminate them across the organization\'s workforce, ensuring their acceptance and adherence- collect, define and document various Products and/or Projects\' goals, priorities, time/budget restraints, and functional/performance requirements- prepare and present Tech Product\'s Visions, Scopes, Road Maps, Back Logs, and Pitch Decks to potential clients, VCs, and other partners and interested parties- set up and manage Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, MS 365, Azure, MS Project, or other Gantt-related solutions, and their environments- estimate Scopes of Work and convert them into Road Maps, alongside proposed timeframes and budgets- Execute, build and deliver the approved products, projects, programs, and features in accordance with the approved Product Road Map- OPEN TO: Networking, Consulting, or Speaking engagements.
