Responsible for the Stock & Systems function within a 1.25 million sq ft home delivery fulfilment centre and several offsite locations, including Stock Control, QA, Data, IT, MIS, Software Solutions Development, Returns and Capacity & Inbound Planning- Regularly stepping up to provide cover of the AGM role - Championing continuous improvement and operational excellence in order to deliver a high performing and cost effective service exceeding contractual KPIs- Site lead for creating a vision and delivering strategic pillars- Creating a culture of high engagement with a focus on safety, wellbeing, diversity and inclusion (Site Engagement lead)- Working cross functionally with the GM, AGM, Warehouse Manager and other key stakeholders to ensure a collaborative approach- Building strong working relationships with the customer and retail network- Delivering a new Warehouse Management System and a complete review of Stock & Systems and Operational processes- Supporting people team function through resource transitions- Achieving completion of the LEAD M3/4 development program
