Highlights: Boosted in-stock percentages from 96.2% to a record 97.1% at AutoZone during COVID-19 disruptions. Owned seasoning planning and forecasts for major categories at AutoZone that contributed in $180MM in spend annually. Streamlined reporting at AutoZone, eliminating 70+ individual reports and creating a centralized, automated dashboard. Increased productivity by 12% in AutoZone distribution centers through dynamic slotting methodology. Managed to decrease lead times for products from 30-days to less than 10-days at Sock Club. Facilitated a research project with a professor at the University of Texas which led to a published book called “Food Routes” through MIT’s publishing house.
