Skilled in fiscal oversight, governance, and stakeholder engagement.Currently leading HNTB’s Capital Region Toll Services Practice, where I’ve led and contributed to over $45M in cumulative sales. Led strategic initiatives for VDOT and MWAA, including the Transform66 program, the I-64 HOT conversion, and the Hampton Roads Express Lane Network. Led a successful $25M MPDG grant application for the I-64 Opportunity Connector and have helped shape commercial frameworks, procurement strategies, and financial feasibility models for major tolling and managed lane projects.Active in industry leadership: Chair of the Community Advisory Committee for the National Capital Region Transportation Planning Board, Advocacy SWAT Team member at IBTTA, and contributor to TRB.
