During that time I was instrumental in Derbyshire undertaking Civil Parking Enforcement (CPE) in 2009, introducing a new residents parking scheme over 3 zones in Chesterfield, responding to Department for Transport (DfT) consultations, reviewing parking charges and a number of policies. I was also project manager for two multi million pounds part DfT funded highway improvements schemes in Chesterfield.
