ABOUT D. ALLEN

A certified Epic resource with in-depth knowledge in Epic implementation, support and training of various Epic applications, with capabilities of building the confidence of the endusers utilizing exceptional executive leadership skills; having served multiple healthcare organizations in the areas of Revenue Cycle, Patient Access and various Clinical applications; responsible for assisting the provide tier 1 support of all ITS incidents and requests and end user application support, support customer resolution, as well as deploy or install end user applications, participate in 24/7 on-call intake of service desk calls from end users, management of ticketing system; while serving applications: ASAP, Ambulatory, ClinDoc, Cadence/Prelude, ADT/GrandCentral, Stork, Willow, and Beaker. I well accustomed to serving diverse populations, providing technical support to other clinical/ancillary staff by employing knowledge and interpersonal communication skills to the clients and ensuring optimum education of end-users. A documented adamant scholar, twice awarded graduate teaching & research assistant scholarships; as personal Assistant to the Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs. Has demonstrated stellar leadership skills having served in governor appointed roles within the Commonwealth of Kentucky. I enjoyed supporting and training health care professionals.
