As CEO of Nexterra Environmental, our core initiatives are scaling the platform through M&A, providing strategic leadership for organic growth, digitization, P&L Enhancements, building high performance teams, and staying focused on customer-centric activities. As the EVP of Sales and Marketing at RelaDyne, I oversee a wide array of responsibilities crucial to driving the company\'s organic growth initiatives. This includes managing sales, marketing, e-commerce, and pricing platforms while achieving above-market organic Compound Annual Growth Rates (CAGRs). As a founding Executive Member of RelaDyne, I oversee $6B in revenue and have played a pivotal role in driving a 25x increase in EBITDA. I am proud to have helped create well over $400M in Enterprise value. I also hold multiple international trademarks and process patents.In addition to Indiana’s Kelley School of Business, I have completed executive education programs at MIT and Harvard, which have been instrumental in shaping my strategic and leadership capabilities.
