I place a strong emphasis on observability, reliability, and clean handover, ensuring solutions are production-ready and aligned with governance and security standards.Previously, as a Senior Infrastructure Engineer, I worked hands-on across Azure and private hosted platforms, building and maintaining resilient environments tailored to customer needs. Alongside core infrastructure delivery, I brought specialist expertise in SQL performance optimisation, network design, and security hardening, helping to improve performance, uptime, and overall platform resilience.Earlier in my career, I spent nearly a decade as an IT Manager, where I led internal IT platforms supporting hundreds of users across multi-site, hybrid environments. I designed and operated large-scale infrastructure, led technical integrations for business acquisitions, implemented strong governance and security controls, and managed supplier relationships, licensing, and compliance (including Cyber Essentials and penetration testing). This background gives me a strong commercial mindset and an ability to align technology decisions with business outcomes.
