About Danny Steffel
At the age of three, I embarked on my first long-term commitment: ice skating. What began at an early age as an extracurricular activity became an incredible passion that led me to become a nationally ranked and internationally competitive athlete. Through skating, I learned invaluable lessons: nothing comes easy, and resilience in the face of failure is critical; a coach’s ability to provide both technical skill and develop an authentic relationship is key to establishing trust; hip pads, ice packs and Band-Aids should be kept on reserve at all times. I’ve carried these lessons front of mind throughout my professional experience, and I am determined to meet and exceed the quantitative goals I set, using data and relationships to ensure success.
