ABOUT DANNY POLKINHORN

Danny is currently a Senior Product Manager in the Product Delivery team and is responsible for understanding business goals, creating a great user experience, and factoring in the technical aspects of our desktop download and installation experience. Our extended team is making it easier for our customers to access and manage all of their Autodesk assets.At Autodesk, Danny has been a Product Manager on three different initiatives, a performance analysis tool for Revit models, Gainsight - a Customer Success platform, and now is working on the download and deployment of all desktop products.Danny has more than 20 years of experience managing every aspect of technology at architecture firms, including design technology, application development, network administration, hardware, and graphics support. With a strong understanding of firm business and creative practices, he has successfully managed the planning and implementation of a variety of new software and hardware projects to make companies more successful. He has software development experience and has designed and built dozens of applications, including several on top of the Revit and AutoCAD APIs to increase productivity and allow users to focus on design. Danny’s project work includes hospitality, residential, commercial, and institutional projects, where he optimized and streamlined large complex design solutions and supported design technology for project teams.
