Our team oversees a frontline workforce of over employees, managing more than shifts per month while delivering ad-hoc shifts to clients across multiple sectors.I focus on optimising control room operations, enhancing service delivery, and driving efficiency through process improvements and technology-driven solutions. By analysing operational data, I implement strategies that improve workforce management, reduce costs, and enhance client satisfaction.My role involves collaborating with senior leadership and key stakeholders to ensure our operations align with business objectives while maintaining the highest standards of service. I am passionate about developing teams, streamlining processes, and leveraging data-driven insights to continuously enhance performance within the National Operations Centre.
