Cavalina Property Group is a Philadelphia-based commercial consultancy firm. At Cavalina, our mission is to make selling and buying commercial properties a more comfortable process by providing both sellers and buyers a platform for transparency and trust, while leveraging our team’s ability to truly source, underwrite, and execute deals in today’s highly competitive marketplace. Danny draws from his previous experience creating and building an Acquisitions enterprise which succeeded in integrating customized software to innovatively acquire over $20 million in land the redevelopment of over 285 residential units throughout Philadelphia. Often described as the “operational energy”, Danny has a keen sense for identifying and understanding how business processes and automation can advance an organization in order to achieve production goals. Danny continually strives for excellence by advocating tirelessly for his clients and encouraging open dialogue within his team, and measures his team’s collective successes by being able to streamline projects through the strategy, operations, and implementation phases in a timely fashion. Prior to venturing into the real estate industry in 2012 and launching Cavalina in 2020, Danny pursued his passion for music and entrepreneurship by starting his own DJ company and then spent three years as a therapeutic support counselor for at-risk youth. This ultimately ignited a love for community service and a drive to use real estate to bring about positive change in his alma mater city. In his down time Danny enjoys traveling and training MMA.
