With over 30 years in commercial and residential real estate, Danny McKinney is the Founder and Fund Manager of DMAC Capital Funding, LLC. At DMAC Capital Funding, he oversees three real estate funds, focusing on providing short term bridge capital for income-producing properties, including residential, multifamily, commercial and in addition to investing and development of multifamily projects. His leadership ensures investors benefit from passive income opportunities with lower expenses and attractive above industry returns. He has bought, managed and owned 304 apartment units himself. Mckinney will purchase and develop more with his investors and partners through his funds. He has designed, built and developed residental and multifamily property since 2003. In Addition, as a licensed real estate broker and mortgage lender since 1996, McKinney has spearheaded transactions totaling over $460 million in real estate sales and managed, originated and closed loans exceeding $470 million through his Real Estate brokerage (Mckinney Real Estate, Inc) and Licensed Texas Mortgage company ( Diversified Home Mortgage, Inc. His expertise lies in fund management, real estate development, mortgages, private lending and capital placement solutions, with a mission to deliver secure, profitable, and innovative investment strategies. McKinney is committed to long-term value and wealth creation for his clients and partners while actively contributing to the growth of the real estate sector.McKinney holds a Juris Doctorate degree in Law from Texas Southern University-Thurgood Marshall School of Law 96’, and BS in Business Finance from Huston-Tillotson University 88’. DMAC CAP FUND I is our first mortgage pool debt fund. Providing capital for small balance income producing real estate in the 1-10 million dollar range. Focusing on Residential and Multifamily asset class. We also source and place capital for commercial projects up to 100 million from outside sources. We also do acquisitions and development of income producing residential and multifamily projects with our other funds.
