New Model Development Lead - Packaging Innovation• Assist in development and implementation of changes in packaging, packaging system and processes for current projects and follow Toyota standards.• Responsible for packaging development on parts in tote, steel bins, EPP, expendable packaging and steel racks to achieve packaging and logistics cost reduction per vehicle.• Working on various projects to reduce M3 space and lower logistics cost per vehicle.• Supported Kinsetsuka Activity - The purpose is to reduce overall cost and free-up plant space (compact packaging and variation reduction).• Catia 3D Design- To create digital packaging designs for new model parts.• Travelled to various Toyota locations - TMC (Japan), and our NA plants Kentucky, Texas, Indiana, and Alabama for better understanding of our Toyota processes.
