   As the owner and operator of Sound Baseball, I lead all aspects of business strategy, daily operations, and brand development for our high-performance baseball training facility. I oversee a team of 15+ staff, ensuring seamless delivery of services across player development, customer experience, and internal systems.I spearhead all sales and marketing efforts, creating and executing data-driven campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, and StatStak to drive engagement and growth. I manage our digital presence, design branded materials via Canva, and produce consistent, high-conversion content that has helped attract over 1,500 unique customers and build a monthly subscriber base of 43+ athletes, generating in monthly recurring revenue.With a focus on operational excellence, I manage scheduling, customer onboarding, internal systems, and coach alignment to deliver a professional, player-first training experience. As Sound Baseball scales, I’m developing playbooks and frameworks to replicate our model across new locations, transforming how youth baseball is developed in the Pacific Northwest.
