Through years of playing and coaching sports, I have learned several valuable lessons. Perhaps the most important is that you learn more from your losses than you do from your wins. I have experienced tremendous personal growth through years of adversity, mistakes, and yes, even failure. I have learned important lessons of time management, task prioritization, and attention to detail in both the cockpit and the office. I accept challenges head on and am not afraid to fail because I know that is where I will learn the most. I am a transitioning U.S. Army Aviation Officer with over seven years of experience as an AH-64 Apache helicopter pilot and aviation operations manager. With multiple combat deployments behind me, I am looking for the NEXT challenge. I have lead teams of three to 160 for over 10 years with a people-focused leadership philosophy and a proven record of mission accomplishment. I earn trust and build teams through humble leadership and effective communication. I am now searching for my next challenge armed with my MBA and years of management experience in dynamic, deadline-driven environments with a proven ability to prioritize, coordinate, and follow through to project completion.
