Initiate interactive activities that further student understanding of subjects. Create a positive learning environment. Encourage students to achieve their goals through open communication, positive feedback, and support. Ensure that the content and level of material asked in exams are adequately covered in classroom teaching. Assist students in making long and short-term educational goals that move them toward their ministry vision. Supervise and present instructional material at scheduled times and places in accordance with the college catalog descriptions, course syllabi, and outlines.
