   I planned, created and executed the technical roadmap for \'Jakartageddon\'. This 18 month upgrade of Salesforce\'s massive Core Application into the Jakarta EE namespace, included major version upgrades of JDK and Jetty, Spring, over 400 libraries, 11k source code files, working across > 200 engineering teams. I delivered it without any customer or developer disruption, and on time.I transformed the way Salesforce Core Application is deployed: quickly and safely with rigorous analysis of deployment times, bottlenecks and failure rates at production scale. I led this multi-team effort across K8S clusters, AWS, Core Application, Istio Service Mesh, Spinnaker pipelines, by speeding deployment pipelines, reducing rollback times 70%, optimized Core Application startup, faster/cached image downloads to K8S, deployment resiliency at peak traffic for \'anytime\' releases.
