I have nearly two decades of experience in consumer directed healthcare benefits administration, serving core departments including channel partnerships, client implementations, project migrations, debit card services and SAAS sales. As a partner relationship manager and operational strategist, I have regularly been assigned to manage or pioneer solutions for unique partnerships. I have been successful expanding partner strategy and our capability to grow and retain business by nurturing business relationships, strengthening operations, coaching teams, tailoring marketing to meet the partner’s needs, improving data solutions, streamlining processes and evaluating revenue outcomes.
