On a fee only basis, Apella Wealth uses our years of experience within the financial industry to help others have a successful financial life. I try not to limit my practice as to whom I will help however I do have two areas of focus. Non-Profits - From the organization side I like to assist with endowments, employee retirement plans, operating funds and planned giving. I also enjoy working with the individuals employed by the organizations to ensure they understand the retirement benefits offered to them and help them reach their goals while they do so much good for the communities they are in.Retirement Plan Management - No matter what the size of the business it is becoming more important than ever that an employee retirement plan. I work with the decision makers to determine what type of plan to put in place and if there is one already in place we look at all the options to ensure it is the best plan for both the business and the employees.
