ABOUT DANNY ANNIBALE

Danny is currently a Vice President, Leasing for Acadia Realty Trust. In his current role he is responsible for overseeing a team charged with leasing a portfolio of approximately 70 power and grocery-anchored shopping centers located in 23 states across the country and accounting for 14 million square feet of GLA.Danny has worked in commercial real estate since 2013, originally for Pyramid Management Company and currently for Acadia Realty Trust. During his career in leasing, he has worked across a variety of asset classes, including enclosed malls, outdoor shopping centers, and street retail, and he has significant experience working on assets in markets across the country, spanning from Maine to New Mexico, Boston to San Francisco.Danny has successfully negotiated new leases with a multitude of national, regional, and local tenants, including Whole Foods, HomeGoods, Floor & Decor, LA Fitness, Burlington, Aldi, Total Wine, ULTA Beauty, Ross Dress for Less, Five Below, Skechers, Shoe Carnival, Crunch Fitness, Citi Trends, Starbucks, Chase Bank, Family Dollar, Daiso, HomeSense, The Container Store, Ace Hardware, Palmetto Moon, Urban Air, Bank of America, and Santander Bank, and has successfully negotiated lease renewals and amendments with many others.In addition to leasing, Danny works closely with Acadia’s other teams, providing input and assistance to the acquisitions and development teams.
