As a Credit Analyst I specialize in the analysis of large complex credits of up to $30MM, I assist in the management of a combined $350MM of combined portfolios. I am also responsible for the analysis of the financial condition of individuals and businesses applying for credit with my Financial Institution this is done by analyzing loan data on new and existing loans, preparing spreadsheets, reports, credit summaries, cash flow analysis, and full credit packets to include a written credit proposal and credit memo to be presented to bank management for approval. Responsibilities also include preparing and reviewing written estimates of value for real estate collateral using comparable market data. Ordering and reviewing residential and commercial real estate appraisals from third-party appraisers, as well as being responsible for inspections of properties used as collateral that are currently under construction.
