For over 25 years, I’ve been helping business owners grow their cash and profits. My goal with each company is to assist the owner and/or investors in building and sustaining the maximum value of the business. I assist a company that needs to turn around a negative cash position and also work with aggressively growing companies that need the cash and infrastructure to continue their growth by penetrating and expanding into new territories and markets. I provide my consulting services on an as-needed long-term basis. This helps privately-held businesses as they benefit from my experience, without the fully loaded cost of a full-time employee.
