Manage the overall operations of the Physical Plant. Manage the Custodial, Maintenance and Transportation Departments; as well as manage the budgets that correspond with each department. Provide quality management, strategic leadership, and innovative ideas for preventive maintenance. Oversee the purchase of parts, equipment, supplies and etc. as needed to keep all departments operating efficiently. Manage the Utilities and Fuel Budgets, including electricity, communication systems, water, natural gas, gasoline and diesel fuels, and items as needed to keep the facilities operating on a daily basis.(Utilities usage analysis) Ensure the facility in compliance with all State and Federal Regulations, Building Codes, and ADA Requirements.
