My unique employment experience and professional journey are centered around one thing: Helping people achieve their unique goals!In my current role as a Senior Customer Success Manager, I am responsible for delighting our customers and helping them to achieve their desired business outcomes. This success comes through building strong relationships, providing consultative advice, managing multiple projects, acting as an internal advocate, and driving product adoption. The base set of skills I\'ve developed and used in my business career were built during my time spent coaching competitive athletics. A passion for teamwork and a love of baseball led to my 10-year coaching career, including 4 years spent at the NCAA level. Leading student-athletes, encouraging their dreams, and supporting their success were the highlights of my career in athletics. During that time I also became involved in special education, working both as an individual caretaker and in the public school system. I\'m grateful for that experience and the positive impact those relationships left on me. Since entering the business world, my goal remains the same: to positively impact people, through meaningful relationships, and ultimately help them succeed!How can I help you?
