Responsible for a Product Team delivering all aspects of Argos Finance Digital including; Mobile App features, new payment and finance methods such as Pay By bank. As Project Manager I was responsible for a budget of 1.2 Million along with end-to-end Agile delivery of associated projects with responsibility for prioritising projects and creating a business case for draw down of funds as well as associated resource. Key Achievements • Delivery of a complete Argos Finance Mobile App re design to bring it up to date with other financial aps, including the way customers navigate and visibility of marketing.• Creation and socialising of a 1 year roadmap of mobile features/projects based on customer and financial benefits where nothing existed.• Design and Build of two payment solutions in the Argos Finance Mobile App which are Pay-By- Bank (Open Banking) and Direct Debits which are set to save the bank around 1 million pounds per year in customer payment costs.• Delivery of an office address Change project across the whole of Argos Finance Digital including all collateral.
