As Vice President of Global Quality at Pentair, I lead enterprise-wide quality strategy across a global manufacturing and supply network supporting multiple business units and end markets. In close partnership with C-Suite leadership, my role connects operational excellence, risk governance, and customer performance to long-term profitable growth.Over the course of my career. I have operated across quality, environmental health & safety, supply chain, and integrated operations leadership roles. I have led global teams across North America, Europe, and Asia, strengthened enterprise quality and operating systems, supported acquisition integration efforts, and stepped into business unit operational leadership when needed. My focus is building scalable processes, driving disciplined execution, and aligning operational performance with financial outcomes.I currently oversee global quality and business continuity initiatives, and I lead the Supply Chain and Operations Leadership Development Program to strengthen succession and develop the next generation of enterprise leaders.With more than 25 years of experience across manufacturing, engineering, supply, and operations, I bring a global mindset, multilingual fluency, and a strong belief that culture and systems together drive sustainable results. The program includes both internship and full-time rotational pathways and serves as a key component of Pentair’s future leadership pipeline.
