   Babylon is a private credit platform for $5M-$100M companies. We help them raise capital to handle unique or urgent situations. Our focus is debt capital, and we can structure deals to fit anywhere in the capital stack. Think of us like an investment bank, but we only work in debt, not equity. We run two divisions: Capital Advisory and Asset Management. We raise capital for businesses without banks or equity investors. Many owners don’t know the private credit solutions might be available to them. Through our top-down analysis, we help businesses discover \"best fit\" capital.We help with situations like:↳ Matching capital to the real need (vs. a mismatch)↳ Filling gaps when investors or lenders pull back (i.e. stalled funding rounds)↳ Navigating around existing debt structures (senior/junior, hybrid deals)↳ Building add-on or replacement financings (i.e. non-dilutive recapitalizations) We run our own fund, and invest in the transactions we source from the Advisory. This helps us reduce moral hazard among all counterparties to the transactions.
