Collaborate with Head of Solution Delivery, Business Relationship, Scrum Masters and Product Owners to prepare an enterprise release calendar. Review the calendar periodically. Revise and publish as applicable.• Establish and maintain release management process including Gating criteria, release plans and other release deliverables• Closely work with individual scrum masters to develop implementation plan including post deployment validation. Coordinate with various parties including applications team, infrastructure team and business team to execute the plan. Communicate the progress to relevant stakeholders.• Perform Reviews to ensure completeness of release artifacts.• Perform Audits to ensure compliance to the release management processes by project teams• Establish Azure DevOps processes(including Azure Boards, Azure Pipelines). Implement in collaboration with Infrastructure team.• Ensure all Hudson owned application source code is managed in Git Hub• Primary owner for all Release environments; Will be the primary liaison with Infrastructure team in setting up/maintaining various non-prod environments• Implement Azure DevOps for individual Hudson Applications based on agreed upon priorities.• Collaborate with various stakeholders to automate deployment processes as much as possible and applicable.• Closely work with Change Management Group to secure approvals for upcoming releases, as applicable.
