I am a Change Management & Continuous Improvement Specialist with Prince2 & Lean Project Management experience (LCS certified). I have over eight years experience of turning around under performing teams, removing waste, increasing productivity, managing change and re-engineering processes. I thrive in a busy and challenging environment, where I need to manage stakeholders of all levels and try to get the best out of cross functional teams. I am also CMI (Chartered Management Institute) certified, previously a member of the British Computer Society (BCS).
