My career has taken me from running fitness clubs to leading sales teams in tech, and that mix has shaped how I lead, coach, and approach problem solving.At NICE, I’ve grown from an Enterprise Account Developer into sales leadership and now sales enablement. I focus on creating practical training, stronger onboarding, and the tools reps need to feel confident and hit their goals. I enjoy turning complicated challenges into simple, repeatable systems that work for the people using them.Before entering CcaaS, I spent years managing fitness operations, where I learned how to coach different personalities, run a business day to day, and motivate teams to perform.
