Lead supervisor on location of a direct drive natural gas turbine fleetIn charge of the crew, responsible for crew safety and performance.*Responsible and accountable for the compliance of all BJ Standards and Policies.*Actively promotes understanding and adherence for a safe and efficient workplace.*Responds appropriately to the Assertive Statement and SWATs.*Crew TRIR*Crew NPTR*Accountable for overall Frac operation/treatment and meeting targeted KPI’s for crew – Hours pumped per day - and developing plan to address missed targets.*Responsible to the Operation Supervisor for the reliability of equipment and personnel on their crew.*Ensure all service related failures (NPT or otherwise) are captured in EHS Insight.*Responsible for tracking fluid end maintenance and developing plans for off line maintenance, both planned and unplanned.*Develop plan and deliver briefing to crew and assign tasks for the shift.*Responsible for MOC if in place.I was an original member of the first turbine fleet at BJ.
