Moving slightly over from Customer Success Management to a more technical role within Buffer, focusing on Product Quality and Technical Escalations. This has been such an exciting & rewarding personal development for me and has allowed me to learn much more about the product, engineering, design and support sides of Buffer. Day to day work in this role includes- Discovering & logging bugs in the Buffer product- Liaising with our EPD teams to prioritise and strategise around our bug fixes and product developments- Technical support for escalated tickets from our customer support team- Data analysis into overall product quality of Buffer- QA testing & feedback for new product features prior to launch- Technical training for our Customer Support team.

An enthusiastic and hungry to succeed professional. I graduated with a Business Management degree from Manchester Metropolitan University, with a passion for furthering my knowledge and experience in the world of SaaS, Social Media, Customer Success, QA, Data Analysis, Technical Development and Marketing.Previously worked for the UK\'s leading Employment Law Consultancy, Peninsula Business Services, as the Senior Press & PR executive for 3 years. Also used to orchestrate the marketing side of operations for Flow Online Accounting in order to maximise their online presence and exposure to assist with the rapid growth of the company.I\'ve been working in social media SaaS since 2015, working with the phenomenal people at Buffer. It\'s been a wild ride to join a start up and help it grow into an established SaaS company; I\'ve been so fortunate to develop professionally as the company has evolved through the years. I\'m excited to keep pursuing my own growth and help to contribute to the company\'s success.
