Provided exceptional leadership to a multi-functional Engineering Operations Group with an expansive scope of responsibilities. Worked across the engineering product lifecycle to collectively enable the delivery of new voice, video, cloud, infrastructure, and personal products into worldwide markets. I additionally drove continuous learning and product knowledge through our Service Readiness team, enabling the HP customer service organization to support our customers with competency and confidence. Under my leadership, our Customer Experience team developed a critical accounts program and workflow that engaged a new swarming support model, which enabled an information flow that included customer support, engineering and sales to resolve our most critical customer escalations. My Environmental and Regulatory Compliance teams played a critical role in the worldwide certification of products under the HP brand enabling more than twice the revenue capabilities previously seen under the Poly brand. I enabled better execution criteria within the engineering release cycle, created new alpha and beta testing environments and substantially increased the quality of products prior to their release into the global market. I was also responsible for the Technical Communications Group supporting the documentation, online help, and web presence for all supported Poly-HP products. This full-circle support organization consisted of a group of over 140 people and provided cradle-to-grave engineering support for all phases of the customer experience. My efforts helped to define the leadership position for Poly products in the $2B Hybrid Work market.
