I was promoted to drive the end-to-end management of multiple HR programs. This multifunctional role holds a strong HR focus, offering me opportunities to provide oversight to HR Governance, Unemployment, Environmental, Health and Safety, and Global Mobility Teams. • Oversee HR Governance standards to ensure compliance with client requirements and alignment with enterprise-wide HR programs.• To date, I have participated as the HR SME for Client, Internal, and Healthcare Compliance Audits. • I manage and interface with multiple HR Vendors to drive alignment. • I oversee the Project Based Employee Program and spearhead the management of the Contingent Hiring Program. • I administer and lead the Unemployment Program and all processes related to claims, hearings, and decisions.• I was directly responsible for building and integrating a manager training solution that provided support in claims management and hearings. • I was behind the seamless introduction of multiple automated processes, including one that delegated claims and hearing notices to managers, and another that processed and sent state separation notices, directly impacting the bottom line. • Through the development and integration of a system that checked for fraudulent claims, we were able to catch any fraudulent activity as they came in, creating an opportunity for rapid notification to the state prior to most claims being approved and paid out. • I developed Health and Safety training for site leads; the training program included EAP, Fire Drill, and Incident Notification Processes.
