I have served as an administrative and patrol lieutenant, emergency response leader, and SWAT commander with 27+ years of consistent career advancement, extensive training, goal achievement, and commendations. At this point in my career, I am seeking a post-retirement position to apply my expertise in continued emergency planning, rapid response, investigation supervision, accreditation management, and cross-agency collaboration as a results-driven leader and collaborative partner.I have consistently fulfilled my duties with loyalty, commitment, and vision for the betterment of the department and community. I have performed with unwavering professionalism in supervisory and cooperative roles with a focus on fostering a positive work environment, team culture, and goal attainment. Through experience and training, I have earned expertise in emergency planning and operations, accreditation management, risk mitigation, rapid response, administrative efficiency, and cross-agency program collaboration.One of my proudest professional achievements is planning, coordinating, and supervising the Mercer County Rapid Response Partnership, a county-wide organization launched in 2017 and still continuing to serve Mercer County today. The collaboration includes the Mercer County Office of Emergency Management, all police agencies across the county, many fire and emergency response service providers, and school districts and took root in the need for joint mobilization to optimize responses to large-scale emergencies and crises. I have also attended the 278th session of the FBI National Academy and the New Jersey State Association of Chiefs of Police Command and Leadership Academy, spearheaded and supervised my department’s drone unit with international recognition, and earned the distinction of New Jersey All Hazards Incident Management Team member.
