Direct Counseling: offer individual therapy and short-term counseling services to employees of UIC and UI Health- Assessments & Treatment Planning: conduct psychosocial assessments, identify client needs, and create individualized treatment plans- Case Management: provide IOP, PHP and psychiatry treatment referrals and coordinate client care with other professionals- Wellness Programs: develop and deliver wellness programs focusing on stress management, work-life balance, and resiliency targeting high-risk groups including physicians/residents, police officers and nurses- Crisis Intervention: utilize crisis intervention skills at the micro/mezzo/macro levels of the organization. Provide critical post-incident support responding to campus-level emergencies- Consultation: provide consultation to departments and supervisors on employee conduct concerns- Employee Support: support employees returning to work after absences and provide education on organization policies related to FMLA, VESSA, and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)- Community Outreach: participate in campus initiatives to address social concerns including but not limited to workplace violence, domestic violence and substance abuse- Administration: maintain documentation, generate reports, and participate in professional development.
