Aspire Behaviour Management is a Positive Behaviour Management, Training and Consultancy Service offering bespoke, tailor made packages of support to schools, educational establishments, youth settings and children/young people\'s settings to help promote and manage children\'s behaviour in an effective and child-centred manner. Aspire BM provides specialist support, advice, outreach, and relevant training within schools and educational settings to support positive behaviour management and reflective practice. We strive to achieve positive outcomes for children/young people and their families and will support the school /education setting to further develop a culture of positive behaviour management through many different avenues of support, moulded to the needs and priorities of the setting. Parenting interventions and training packages to support outcomes for children and families are also an integral part of our work.Our established model of integrative practices allows us to work in partnership with a wide range of external agencies within the Early Help/CAF process. We work with schools and families to enable them to gain positive outcomes and improve the attendance and behaviour of their child or young person. Aspire BM are able to offer bespoke packages of support to schools, educational settings and families that are experiencing challenging behaviour in the school/home/community. Using evidenced based assessment tools, bespoke packages can be tailored to meet the needs and priorities of the school, family and the setting. All parenting interventions are delivered by trained facilitators using the appropriate evidenced based parenting programmes such as Triple P (Positive Parenting Programme) and Webster Stratton - Incredible Year. Bespoke training to all staff levels within schools on Positive Behaviour Management, Nurture Groups, Assessments, is also a key offer of Aspire BM
