About Danny Maher

I am a Junior at Arizona State University studying Business Management at the W.P. Carey school of Business. I had a successful freshman and sophomore year achieving above a 3.5 GPA and joining a fraternity. Within my first few months as an active member, I was elected as social chair of the chapter and was responsible for planning, organizing, and managing all social events within the fraternity. After my time in success as a social chair, I felt I was ready to run for President as a freshman. I was elected as President in the Spring of 2024 and my term will ran throughout the Fall and Spring of 20••••25. I was just recently re-elected for my second term this past May. I have worked a variety of jobs from the time I was 16. I worked at a carwash for two years and was promoted to supervisor within that time. I also worked at Papa Johns and as a basketball trainer. Over the summer of 2024 I had an internship as a sales representative at J.R. Capital where I learned the art of cold calling, while seeing how the sales industry thrives in the rough economy. I am looking for opportunities for exposure in the business world to help me obtain the future I want as a successful businessman.
