Former British Army, Parachute Regiment Major with decades of operational delivery experience. A proven team and people focused leader, with an ethos of leading by the shadow you cast. Graduate of the UK’s Defence Academy Intermediate Command and Staff Program, a seven month residential leadership and management course focusing on high performing team delivery. Final post in the military was the resource and planning director for 16 Air Assault Brigade, directly responsible for managing, allocating, forecasting and monitoring a 38M budget for a high readiness operational formation of 5500 people. Including but not limited to, oversight of commercial contracts with private sector industry partners.
