ABOUT DANNY KATTAN
I build businesses by seeing around corners and executing when things get messy.Over the last 20+ years, I’ve operated at the intersection of real estate, capital markets, and technology. I’ve worked on the acquisition of 400+ properties representing more than 2,500 units, with an aggregate value in excess of $350 million. I’ve raised over $180 million in equity and led financings totaling more than $500 million. Those numbers were earned through cycles and complexity, not perfect conditions. I’m strong at identifying structural inefficiencies early, simplifying the path to execution, and building systems that hold up under real-world friction. One of my core strengths is thinking outside the box without losing the plot. When a problem looks unsolvable inside traditional constraints, I’m good at reframing it, finding the leverage point, and designing solutions that are both creative and executable.I’m a relationship-driven operator who values trust built over time. I enjoy connecting people who can help each other and learning from smart, capable partners.Outside of work, I take civic responsibility seriously. I serve on the Planning & Zoning Board of the City of Hallandale and serve on several nonprofit boards. I believe we’re only as good as what we contribute to society, and I try to live that standard in a practical way.I’m also a proud husband and father of three daughters. Family keeps me grounded and reinforces the importance of long-term thinking and doing things the right way.If you’re an investor, operator, or partner who values fundamentals, strong execution, and principled growth, I’m always open to connecting.
