Leading recruitment across the Conservatory Outlet Group, a £60M turnover business specialising in high-quality home improvement products, including contemporary extensions, conservatories, orangeries, replacement roofs, windows, and doors in both uPVC and aluminium. In this newly formed role, I have developed and implemented a group wide recruitment strategy that drives efficiency, reduces agency spend, and decreases time to hire. By creating a seamless, end to end hiring process, I am strengthening talent retention, increasing new hire tenure, creating a fantastic candidate experience ensuring we attract, hire, and develop the best talent contributing to the group growth.This spans our manufacturing site and retail businesses, including Clearview Home Improvements, Planet South Lakes, West Yorkshire Windows, Orion Windows, and Trent Valley Windows.
