    Troubleshooting, configuring, teardown/rebuilding of process analyzers such as gas chromatograph, regulatory analyzers, monitoring emissions, and apparatus designed to determine chemical or elemental component amounts in a process stream. Locate and diagnose the cause of malfunction or failure of process analyzers and performing the necessary preventative and corrective maintenance. Interface with site operators, engineers and maintenance personnel. Develop and improve maintenance procedures. Test valves and regulators for leaks and accurate temperature and pressure settings using precision testing equipment. Install, maintain, repair, overhaul, calibrate and test a wide variety of industrial instrumentation such as control valves, transmitters, radars, levels, etc. Controlling and regulating level, flow, pressure and temperature meters. Execute preventative maintenance inspections on all instrumentation equipment. Troubleshoot and diagnose existing equipment. Read and interpret wire diagrams, prints, and P & ID\'s. Working with testing equipment and software programs to perform calibrations and testing. Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on all plant electrical equipment including but not limited to Switchgear, Transformers, Breakers, MCC, Motors, and AC/DC Drives, Control Systems – low, medium, high voltage systems. Install, calibrate, and maintain instrumented systems (pneumatic electronic valves, sensors. Develop and utilize Reliability tools (example: procedures, equipment data sheets, manuals, predictive and preventative maintenance best practices, etc.) Utilize SAP system to provide accurate and detailed feedback to work order system. Inspect equipment during overhauls and investigate failure mechanisms.
