Providing reactive and responsive maintenance to large multi-tenanted building within Central London• Basic knowledge of BMS Heating Control System and various PPMs• Electrical: small electrical works, fault finding and response to emergency power loss (RCDs and hard resets of distribution boards)• Mechanical: fire alarm testing, AHU/FCU, filter changes and actuator changes• Plumbing: water treatment including flushing and tap temperature tests, boiler switchover and reset• Lighting: emergency light testing and ballast changes• Rejuvenated areas by carrying out painting and decorating as required• Carried out carpentry and tiling such as replacing and flooring, doors and cupboards• Responsible for junior member of maintenance team (including training and mentor)
