I am the Business Restructuring Partner responsible for BDO\'s Reading and Southampton offices.I am a licensed, appointment taking insolvency practitioner with strong advisory, turnaround and investigatory skills- Extensive experience in undertaking independent financial reviews- Acts in an advisory capacity to lenders and management teams- Secondment to two of the UK\'s leading financial institutions, working with distressed debt management and new business development teams- Sector experience includes: retail, asset management and manufacturing- International experience includes: Russia, Ireland and East AfricaI have particular sector expertise in the Education sector and have acted for a number of UK based Independent Schools, primarily Charity/not for profit organisations. I was one of the Joint Administrators of Hadlow and West Kent College, the first appointment under the Special Administration Regime.
