Maintain and monitor live video streams, program schedules, and report on overall health of signal deliver during 12-hour shifts• Communicate with various Content, Broadcast, and Network Operations team members via Slack, Outlook, and Zoom as preferred forms of communication• Utilize monitoring tools to identify live stream issues, mitigate issues by failing over channels to alternative feeds, and escalate issues to proper teams for resolutions • Monitor various popular live streams concurrently (all live content, sports, award shows), confirm, or manually manage program extensions when necessary• Ensure content blackouts compliance against contractual obligations and partner communications, via audits and/or manual implementation - update, verify, validate, and send blackout notifications to technical and programming contacts• Drive incident management for live channels – this entails filing tickets and rallying internal and external support resources to resolve issues such as degradation of video signal, errors in program schedule or rights, etc, and keeping the management chain informed of incident status• Schedule maintenances for various affiliates and validate/monitor channels\' health after the completion of the maintenance• Manage ESPN+ events by manually adding stream sources to airings, manually ending events, and deletion of events using Metadata Ingest API• Assist with User Acceptance Testing for all tools and workflow upgrades as related to the Broadcast Operations Center• Perform a re-ingest to channel schedules using proprietary tools for gaps in the schedule to re-send the metadata channel schedule to the catalogue or manually creating airings to fill in gaps when necessary• Execute a multiple encoders curl command for 50+ channels weekly using the terminal command prompt to assist with channels looping/stuttering
