I am currently working as the Electrical lead and Electrical Authorised Engineer on the £450million Elephant & Castle Town Centre project which consists of 485apartments, of retail space, of workspace and university building for London College of Communication, UAL.I am managing the install and completion of the following- Diversion and reinstall of a 22kV Extra High Voltage (HV) and 11kV HV networks into eight Substations across site to UKPN Specification- Delivery of Low Voltage (LV) systems across the project with utility provider providing power to 485 Apartments, Retail Units, a Cinema, Workspace and Leisure Centre - Delivery of LV systems providing power to site wide MEP Equipment including LTHW, BCWS, CHW, Supply & Extract Ventilation and Smoke Ventilation- Package Manager for Site Wide Temporary Services which included a major electrical diversion off an incoming 11kV supply over multiple scheduled out of hours operations- Package Manager for remaining Lightning Protection works, inclusive of ‘Side-Strike’ provision across all residential towers- Package Manager for Residential Electrical Metering within all 485 Apartments- Delivery of site wide Extra Low Voltage Systems including Fire Alarm, BMS and Data leading into final Cause & Effect, Black Building and IST.
