R&D leader with 15+ years experience building and scaling global teams and defining breakthrough experiences in technology (AR/VR) and athletic footwear & apparel industries. Currently at Magic Leap, leading a highly interdisciplinary, globally dispersed team of engineers, researchers and designers, working to deliver cutting-edge AR solutions for a global audience. Previously at Nike, I transitioned from the Sport Research Lab to leading end-to-end product development for high-revenue categories. I specialized in translating elite athlete insights into tangible innovation, bridging the gap between deep biomechanical research and global footwear launches. I’m passionate about sports, technology and travel, and my favorite way to see a new city is an early morning run when the streets are empty.
