WWith over 20 years of experience in power generation, oil & gas, renewables, and petrochemicals, I am an operations and commissioning professional with a proven track record of leadership and management across complex, high-hazard environments. I have successfully led multi-disciplinary teams through commissioning, start-up, and operations, consistently balancing safety, performance, and people development.I recently developed and implemented a completions and commissioning strategy for Sembcorp Energies UK, and previously led the commissioning for the Tyra offshore redevelopment project at TotalEnergies, where I managed and motivated diverse teams to deliver safely and effectively. My leadership approach is grounded in integrity, accountability, and building collaboration across functions.With a strong background in field operations, I have been responsible for production operations including commissioning, start-up, and steady-state operations of large-scale onshore and offshore facilities. I am a qualified Chemical Engineer and hold professional certifications in HSE (NEBOSH/IOSH), HAZOP, SIL verification, emergency response, and leadership and management.I am skilled in manufacturing process improvement, process engineering, and have a keen interest in process safety and sustainability. Passionate about developing high-performing teams and driving continuous improvement, I thrive on delivering high-quality results while enabling others to grow and succeed.
